Data and purposes

We process the information submitted through the form to answer the enquiry, assess the commercial project and arrange samples or meetings where relevant. The form does not automatically subscribe the sender to marketing communications.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is necessary to respond to the request and take any requested pre-contractual steps. Define and document the retention period before publication.

Providers

The website uses Cloudflare for bot protection and form processing, and Brevo to deliver the enquiry to EVA and send a confirmation to the submitted address. Confirm roles, agreements and international transfers in the final notice.

Statistics, recordings and interaction heatmaps

Only after you choose “Accept tracking” does the website load Umami from analytics.evacaffe.it to collect visit and page statistics, session recordings, and click and scroll heatmaps. Rejecting does not prevent browsing or sending an enquiry. Form inputs are masked in recordings. The current settings sample 15% of visits for recordings and heatmaps and limit recordings to five minutes.

Define and verify Umami data retention, authorized access, hosting, and any providers and transfers before publication.

Remembering and changing your choice

We save acceptance or rejection, a technical notice version, and a six-month expiry in your browser's localStorage. This preference is used to respect your choice and is not sent to Umami. When it expires or is unavailable, tracking stays off until you accept again. The choice applies to this browser and this website.

You can reopen “Privacy preferences” on every page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent refreshes the page to stop tracking; unsent form entries are discarded only after your confirmation. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data collected previously: contact us at the address below to exercise your rights.

Contact-form spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile loads only when you interact with the form, including when you have rejected tracking. It protects enquiry submissions against spam. Acknowledging the privacy notice in the form is separate from consent to tracking.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection and lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. Requests may be sent to [email protected].
